Five 16-foot linear fixtures are paired with dedicated dimmable drivers sized with approximately 40% reserve capacity. The same attention to output, control, and longevity carries through every lighting detail.

COLLECTION-READY INFRASTRUCTURE

Flush battery-maintainer power, solid-steel garage-door track supports, a concealed tire-fill station, and a near-silent SOMMER operator are integrated around the care and use of a significant automobile collection.

PRIVATE WELLNESS SUITE

A two-person sauna and adjoining rainfall shower form a self-contained wellness suite, each with independently zoned radiant-heated marble floors.

CUSTOM-FINISHED MILLWORK

Cabinet doors and drawers are hand-finished in catalyzed Induron Indurathane 6600 Plus gloss polyurethane, custom-matched to Benjamin Moore 1637 Blue Spruce and spray-applied with automotive finishing equipment.

FINISH-MATCHED HARDWARE

The same lever design transitions from polished chrome on the washroom side to oil-rubbed bronze on the adjoining side, allowing each face of the door to resolve within its own material palette.

CONCEALED ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS

Push-to-open access panels, concealed hinges, trimless door openings, pivot hardware, magnetic catches, and recessed stops are integrated into the architecture while preserving full service access.

INTEGRATED PROPERTY CONTROL

Property systems are consolidated within a single interface, supported by custom-etched keypads identified by room, zone, or scene and reconfigurable for the next owner.
